Marketplace role
AquaBantayan connects customers with approved local water stations. Each station controls its published products, stock, operating schedule, delivery coverage, pickup availability, and fulfilment operations. The platform records and communicates the information connected to each request.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and use only an account you are authorized to access. Staff and administrator portals are restricted by role. AquaBantayan may restrict or disable accounts when necessary for security, policy enforcement, station status, or platform integrity.
Orders, reservations, and bulk requests
Submitting a request does not change which station is responsible for confirming and fulfilling it. Product availability, quantities, schedules, coverage, and fulfilment options are validated against the selected station. Bulk requests may require a station quote and customer acceptance before becoming an order.
Pricing, fees, deposits, and payments
Review the checkout or quote summary before confirming. The total may include product prices, delivery fees, container deposits, or other amounts disclosed by the platform. Payment labels indicate the recorded collection or verification state and do not independently guarantee settlement outside the supported workflow.
Cancellations and service changes
Cancellation options depend on the current request status and the platform workflow. A station may be unable to accept or complete a request because of stock, schedule, coverage, safety, account, or operational constraints. Relevant updates should be communicated through the recorded status or support channels.
Station partners
Applicants must provide accurate business, contact, operating, and verification information. Approval is not guaranteed. Approved stations are responsible for maintaining truthful catalogs, stock records, service settings, fulfilment updates, customer handling, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person or business, or abuse ordering, verification, support, and notification features.
Availability and changes
The platform and individual station services may change, pause, or become unavailable. AquaBantayan may update these terms as the service evolves. Material updates should be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
